Agreement

By enrolling in or using FarmFit School, you agree to these Terms of Use. FarmFit School is operated by Amanda Nigg. These terms govern your access to the platform, curriculum, and related services.

The Service

FarmFit School provides a homeschool curriculum platform including:

• Personalized weekly assignment generation via the Wyatt AI engine
• Student progress tracking and mastery monitoring
• Parent progress reports and communication tools
• Writing instruction, financial literacy tools, and entrepreneur curriculum
• South Dakota homeschool compliance hour tracking

Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment is subject to availability. The founder rate of $49/month is locked in for founding families for the duration of their continuous enrollment. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually based on your selected plan.

To cancel, contact admin@farmfitschool.com at least 5 days before your next billing date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

Your Responsibilities

• You are the legal guardian or parent of the enrolled student(s)
• You are responsible for ensuring your student completes assigned work
• You will keep your login credentials secure and not share them
• You will comply with applicable homeschool laws in your state or country
• You will not use the platform for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

All curriculum content, platform code, design, and materials are the property of FarmFit School. You may use them solely for your enrolled student's personal education. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any platform content without written permission.

Beta Program

FarmFit School is currently in a founding beta phase. Features, curriculum structure, and pricing may evolve. We will communicate material changes to enrolled families in advance. Your founding rate is protected during your continuous enrollment.

Limitation of Liability

FarmFit School is an educational support platform. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. The platform is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FarmFit School's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 30 days.

Termination

Either party may terminate enrollment at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform ends at the close of your current billing period.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
