FarmFit School is a homeschool education platform operated by Amanda Nigg. We provide families with a mastery-based curriculum engine, student progress tracking, and parent communication tools.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly:

• Parent name and email address (enrollment and account)
• Student name, age, and grade level
• Curriculum preferences and learning style data
• Assignment completion records and progress scores
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)

How We Use Your Information

• Deliver and personalize the weekly curriculum
• Send progress reports and account updates to parents
• Process subscription payments via Stripe
• Maintain South Dakota homeschool compliance records
• Improve the platform and curriculum engine

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising.

Student Data

We take student privacy seriously. Student data is used solely to deliver educational services to your family. We do not share student information with third parties for commercial purposes. Student records are accessible only to the enrolled family and authorized platform operators.

Third-Party Services

FarmFit School uses the following trusted third-party services:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Railway — infrastructure hosting
• IXL, Khan Academy, Typetastic, XtraMath, Read Theory — external curriculum platforms students access directly

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them for the services your student uses.

Data Retention

We retain account and progress data for the duration of your active enrollment plus one year. Upon written request, we will delete your family's data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing admin@farmfitschool.com. We will respond within 10 business days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify enrolled families of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
